Dylan Elza (Gabe)

Tenor Dylan Elza, a Dallas, Texas native, will appear next as the Commisario in Il signor Bruschino this spring with Amelia Island Opera and will perform the role of Tamino in Die Zauberflӧte with Opera Arlington in the Fall. Last season, he took the stage as Le Prince Charmant in Viardot’s Cendrillon with Opera Arlington and portrayed Giuseppe in Verdi’s La Traviata with The Dallas Opera. Most recently, Mr. Elza performed in the Craigslistlieder with
Amelia Island Opera. Previously with Paradox Opera, Dylan performed the role of Harry in their concert premiere of The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, a new opera based on the novel of the same name. Additional recent highlights include his performance as Gherardo in Gianni Schicchi with Opera on the James in Virginia, the role of Gaston in Beauty and the Beast at Firehouse Theater, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni with Opera Arlington, and the Production Tenor in Singing in the Rain with Rockwall Summer Musicals.
